A Dream is a wish your heart makes…

A Dream is a wish your heart makes…

dream

driːm/
noun
noun: dream; plural noun: dreams
a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person’s mind during sleep.
or
a cherished aspiration, ambition, or ideal.

A dream, what is a dream? Is it something that goes through your mind at night whilst your in your unconscious state? Or is it an aspiration something you want to happen to yourself or another being.
In this article I decided to ask several kids from different countries all over the world about their dreams and modeling experiences.

Meet Victoria-Rose…

Victoria-Rose is a five year old model from Belgium. She started modelling from the age of four and therefore has many names on her back. Some examples include: Cyrillus, UNICEF and Vertbaudet. However sadly because she is only five years old, many brands she has not hand the chance to model for (yet). Her Mother told us how the best age for modelling in their area is between the ages of six and eight. So we hope that we will be seeing a lot more of precious Victoria in the future. So before she becomes an even bigger somebody, we had the chance to talk with her lovely Mother (Marie) about her career.
Please bear in mind that these answers have had be translated from French to English so they may not be completely accurate with wording.
A: What is one of your main dreams that you would like to achieve? (This can be to do with modelling or anything else).
Marie: Since she was 3 years old Victoria has wanted to open a vet.

A: Is there anyone who inspire/inspired you in your modelling?

Marie: She would like to be like Cinderella and Rapunzel. The heart of Cinderella but hair long like Rapunzel’s.

A: Have you had a particular favourite photo shoot you have done? If so, what was it for?

Marie: Victoria-Rose’s favourite photographer is Monique at JBC, a Belgian company. In June Monique took the children to an amusement park for a photoshoot, Victoria was running behind her favourite heroes, forgetting to pose for the photographer. Fortunately a photoshoot for children never lasts more than 2 hours, Victoria had the rest of a free day to enjoy the amusement park.

A: Would you like to continue your modelling career in the future?

Marie: The shoots are mainly a hobby. This allows a Victoria to express herself, gain confidence in it, to make beautiful encounters and have fun with other children. Since she has started this activity, she has become a very sociable child, very happy and very expressive. Above all, Victoria should have fun! So if one day she does not want to continue, we will stop immediately. Her Mother puts her no pressure and vigilant in Victoria-Rose flourishing in this activity.

Meet Charlie…

Charlie Sauvage is a six year old little model from Northern France. However with only small experience this little princess isn’t going to stop anytime soon but doesn’t want to be a model when she grows up! Her Mother (Stephanie) is a photographer but only ever shoots her for fun. I sat down with her Mother and asked her some questions. Charlie also joined in when answering the questions.
Please bear in mind that these answers have had be translated from French to English so they may not be completely accurate with wording.
A: What is one of your main dreams that you would like to achieve? (This can be to do with modelling or anything else).
Charlie: When I grow up I want to be a farmer or cowboy vet if I do not happen to be a farmer.
A: Is there anyone who inspire/inspired you in your modelling?
Stephanie: Charlie does not have anyone particular that inspired her, she watches the TV but doesn’t know the names of the people.
A: Have you had a particular favourite photo shoot you have done? If so, what was it for?
Stephanie: Charlie did a shoot called “God Save the Kids” that was her favourite. The photographer was very good. It was also with her friends Eliot and Gael. That day she felt like a star with what she was wearing. More recently Charlie has loved taking photos with Emily Kornya because Emily is very sweet. She was with her boyfriend Thomas. Also met two American friends Misty and Riley.
A: Would you like to continue your modelling career in the future?
Stephanie: Charlie would not necessarily want to continue modelling but she would rather like to make movies or be in a TV series.

Willa Pogue is the absolute real deal of all child models. She is five years old and from the great state of California in the USA. She has lots of experience, these with major worldwide brands like: GAP Kids, Lands End and even Disney! Willa is also lucky enough to have an amazing photographer Mother named Amy who owns her own business called Gingersnaps Photography. We were lucky enough to get to have a little chit chat with little Willa and her amazing Mom!
A: What is one of your main dreams that you would like to achieve? (This can be to do with modelling or anything else).
Willa: To have a mermaid tail. Also to be a ballerina or a dancer and a gymnast in a competition.
A: Is there anyone who inspires you, like a celebrity or even a family member?
Willa: Katy Perry inspires me to work hard. I like her song ‘Roar’. It makes me want to dance and sing.

Willa: I loved the ‘Land’s End’ photoshoot where I go to do flips underwater and swim around holding the GoPro camera.
